| | TITLE: | Approve Amending Site License Agreement with AT&T |

| | | | | | | | | I. | MOTION REQUESTED | | | A) Approve First Amendment to Antenna Site License Agreement with AT&T at the County’s tower in Cape Coral (address redacted per FL Statutes §119.071(3)(e));
B) Authorize the Chair to execute the Amendment on behalf of the Board;
C) Authorize the Department of County Lands to handle all documentation necessary to complete the transaction; and
D) Authorize the Department of County Lands to handle all documentation for future amendments to the Agreement to approve requests for changes to AT&T’s equipment provided there is no change in the license fee resulting from such changes. |
