I.MOTION REQUESTED
 Present to the Board for information and filing the Object Code #504015 Expenditure Detail Report for the 3rd quarter of FY23-24 (April through June) as required by Lee County Ordinance #90-18.
II.ITEM SUMMARY
 Lee County Ordinance #90-18 requires quarterly reporting of expenditures on county-sponsored functions. Some of these expenditures are funded through grants and donations. These include workshops, training, seminars, receptions, ribbon cuttings, and meals related to county-sponsored events and meetings. Expenditures for the quarter were $20,164.73.

  This is the quarterly reporting of expenditures for county-sponsored functions. For the 3rd quarter FY23-24 the amount was $20,164.73. Much of this is grant sponsored or privately funded. This reporting is required by Lee County Ordinance #90-18.
