B) Authorize the Chair to execute the contract documents on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. |

| | | | | | | | | | A) | Board Action and Other History | | | | Procurement Management obtained bids for the project known as Invitation to Bid No. B240081JJB Fencing Repairs and Replacement for Lee County Utilities – Hurricane Ian. On the bid deadline of January 24, 2024, Procurement Management received six (6) submittals. After conducting an analysis of the bid submission, Creative Property Preservation, Inc. was the determined to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. |
