A) Approve Sole Source No. SS240204DSG for the purchase of Vitec 3000 scale inhibitor, on an as-needed basis, for a period of one-year, from Harn R/O Systems, Inc., in the not to exceed amount of $425,000.00.
B) Authorize the County Manager or designee to execute any documents necessary to utilize the sole source purchase on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
