TITLE:Adopt Resolution to Record Authority for FY23 Disposal of County Tangible Property 
I.MOTION REQUESTED
 Adopt resolution to record authority for the disposal of county-owned tangible personal property in fiscal year 2023.
II.ITEM SUMMARY
 Records authority for disposal of county-owned personal property by resolution in the Board meeting minutes as required by Section 274.07, Florida Statutes.
III.BACKGROUND AND IMPLICATIONS OF ACTION
 A)Board Action and Other History
  The Board is required by Chapter 274, Florida Statutes, to maintain fixed asset records on County-owned tangible personal property.  The Board has delegated the authority to dispose of such property to specified Custodians or their designees in Administrative Code AC-3-14.   The records of disposed property are required to include the authority for their disposition by Board resolution properly reported in the minutes.  Accordingly, a resolution citing this authority for property disposed of in fiscal year 2023 is presented for Board approval.
