| | TITLE: | Approve Office Leases for Legislative Delegation Members in County Buildings |

| | | | | | | | | I. | MOTION REQUESTED | | | A) Approve office lease with United States Senator Marco Rubio for 252 square feet of space in Room 200 in the Old Courthouse located at 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Lease term is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at a rate of $10.00 per square foot per year plus $1 per square foot per year for cable and parking, or $2,772.00 annually.
B) Approve office lease with State Senator Ray Rodrigues for 1,315 square feet of space in Suite 401 in the Justice Center Annex located at 2000 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Lease term is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at a rate of $10.00 per square foot per year plus $480 for parking, or $13,630 annually.
C) Approve office lease with State Representative Mike Giallombardo for 862 square feet of space in Room 310 in the Cape Coral Government Complex located at 1039 S.E. 9th Place, Cape Coral, Florida. Lease term is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at a rate of $10.00 per square foot per year plus $360 for parking, or $8,980 annually.
D) Approve office lease with State Representative Jenna Persons-Mulicka for 988 square feet of space in Suite 208 & 210 in the Old Courthouse located at 2120 Main Street, Fort Myers, Florida. Lease term is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at a rate of $10.00 per square foot per year plus $240 for parking, or $10,120 annually.
E) Approve office lease with United States Congressman Byron Donalds for 996 square feet of space in Room 308 in the Cape Coral Government Complex located at 1039 S.E. 9th Place, Cape Coral, Florida. Lease term is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 at a rate of $10.00 per square foot per year plus $360 for parking, or $10,320 annually.
F) Authorize Chair to execute the Leases on behalf of the Board. |
