| | | | | | | | | I. | MOTION REQUESTED | | | A) Approve Piggyback No. PBL210334CJV to utilize pricing on Florida Sheriffs Association Contracts FSA20-EQU18.0 and FSA20-VEH18.0, with Tampa Truck Center, Southern Sewer Equipment Sales, and Menzi USA Sales, Inc. for the purchase of Freightliner M2 Chassis with Vac-Con body ($102,767.00), Vac-Con Sewer Combination Cleaner Body ($333,643.00), and Menzi Muck M545X ($466,274.94) in the total amount of $902,684.94.
B) Approve master lease agreement with Signature Public Funding Corp. for the lease-purchase of new Freightliner with Vac-Con Sewer Combo Cleaner, and new Menzi Muck M3 Excavator, in the amount of $939,687.37 with a principal component of $902,684.94 and an interest component $37,002.43. Vehicles to be leased for a period of five years for an annual payment of $187,937.47.

The Vac-Con Sewer Combination Cleaner is used by DOT to maintain the County’s stormwater system and the Menzi Muck is used to maintain canals that have limited access. |

2. Leasing 2 $971,223.40
• Menzi Muck annual lease payment of $100,454.82 x 5 years = $502,274.10
• Chassis with Vac-Con body annual lease pmt. of $93,789.86 x 5 years = $468,949.30
3. NCL Government Capital $949,470.00
• Menzi Muck annual lease payment of $98,088.28 x 5 years = $490,441.40
• Chassis with Vac-Con body annual lease pmt. of $91,805.72 x 5 years = $459,028.60
