The developer agrees to construct and maintain the road within the County's right-of-way. |

| | | | | | | | | | D) | Analysis | | | | Sunset Lakes Townhouses, Inc., wishes to develop property just north of Lakes Regional Library near the intersection of Gladiolus Drive and Bass Road intersection. The County owns the fee title to a one hundred and fifty foot (150) wide public right-of-way and seventy-five foot (75) wide public right-of-way that, together will provide access to the Sunset Lakes subdivision. The existing section of Bass Road north of Gladiolus Road to the library entrance is maintained by the County. The extended road will transition from 4-lane divided to 2-lane section at the new development's entrance, and will be built to County standards.
Sunset Lakes Townhouses, Inc., will bear the cost of construction and maintenance of the road. Approval of the Development Order for this project is contingent upon having this Agreement in place such that construction and maintenance responsibilities are clear. |
