Conduct a public hearing to adopt a resolution approving vacation of the public interest in the 2’ platted public utility easements that run along the south lines of lots 5, 6 and 25, the north lines of lots 4, 5, and 26, the east lines of lots 5 and 6 and the west lines of lots 25 and 26, all being a part of Block 8, San Carlos on the Gulf, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 6 of the public records of Lee County, Florida. Staff has reviewed the Petition to Vacate, VAC2018-00003, together with letters of no objection from Public Utility Providers.
There are no objections to the requested vacation and no other affected property owners.
The vacation of the portion of the platted public utility easement will not alter existing drainage or utility conditions.
