TITLE:	Approve Grant Agreement with the State Division of Library and Information Services

I.	MOTION REQUESTED
	Approve grant agreement with the State Division of Library and Information Services in the amount of $2,875.11. Approve budget amendment resolution in the Library fund for $2,876. Authorize the Chair to execute the contract documents on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.

II.	ITEM SUMMARY
	Approve an agreement for a Library Services and Technology Act Innovation Grant. Federal funds are provided through the Library Services and Technology Act under Florida’s long-range plan approved by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. This grant shall be used to purchase tangible items that will support innovation in libraries.
