TITLE:Accept Donation of Utility Easement (Parcel 109-UE) for Work Drive Waterline Project 
I.MOTION REQUESTED
 

  1. Accept donation of Parcel 109-UE,  ±1,725 square foot utility easement, from Wayne M. Jurick, Sr. and Ralph F. Sites, Sr., located at 8207 Katanga Court, Fort Myers, for the Work Drive Waterline Project No. 7094;

  2. Authorize the Chair, on behalf of the Board, to execute the Grant of Perpetual Public Waterline Utility Easement and Agreement;

  3. Authorize payment of necessary fees and costs to close the transaction;

  4. Authorize the Department of County Lands to handle and accept all documentation necessary to complete this transaction.

II.ITEM SUMMARY
 

Acquires by donation a utility easement for the Work Drive Waterline Project. The donated easement is located at 8207 Work Drive, Fort Myers.

Lee County Utilities is replacing and upsizing the existing waterline facilities within the Southside Industrial Park, in the City of Fort Myers. The planned facilities will provide improved water service and pressure, and include the installation of additional fire hydrants.
