Lee County 2:18-cv-180JES-CM. The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, and will adjourn to the closed session in the East Room. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers. |

| | | | | | | | | | D) | Analysis | | | | On March 19, 2018, Joseph Coleman, Esquire filed a complaint on behalf of his client, Kirby Rambo Collections, Inc., against Lee County Case No. 2:18-cv-180JES-CM suing for copyright infringement, replevin, and unjust enrichment. Lee County is in active litigation concerning the claims regarding the County-owned vehicle. The Board requested the attorney/client closed session to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation in the case.
The opening of the public meeting will convene in the County Commission Chambers, and will adjourn to the closed session in the East Room. Upon conclusion of the closed session, the public meeting will reconvene in the County Commission Chambers.
